The Kingdom of France faced debt and severe financial difficulty following its defeat and the resultant disadvantageous Treaty of Paris (1763).
The incapable King Louis XVI could not manage the crisis. Harris' Gold-Silver Exchange in 1859 CE
Townsend Harris (1804 - 1878 CE) was born in New York in 1804 CE. He was a devout Anglican believer. He became a merchant trading with East Asia before being appointed the first U.S. Consul General to Japan in 1855 CE. He successfully negotiated the Treaty of Amity and Commerce between the USA and Japan in 1858 CE. 2.4.4.2.15 Meiji Restoration in Japan in 1868 CE

The American Civil War resulted in a surplus of firearms. These excess weapons were gathered in Shanghai, and Jardine Matheson & Co. dealt in them.
Subsequently, Jardine Matheson & Co. and the Rothschilds approached Japan. The de facto capital of Japan at the time was Edo (present-day Tokyo), located in the central southeast of the main island. The commonly accepted lineage and origins of Hitler are those described in sources such as Wikipedia, but his ancestry is subject to debate.
One theory suggests that Alois Hitler, Adolf Hitler's father, was the son born in 1837 CE to Salomon Mayer von Rothschild (the second son of the founder, Mayer Amschel Rothschild, who was based in the Austrian Empire) and a farmer's daughter. This theory is compelling because it aligns well with the narrative that the establishment of Israel was a consequence of the Holocaust. Since the Rothschild family was central to the founding of Israel, the idea that Hitler was descended from the Rothschild line makes the story a natural one.
Another theory suggests that Adolf Hitler was born in Portugal to the brother of Britain's Queen Victoria (House of Hanover) and a Portuguese Ashkenazi Jewish woman. This theory is compatible with the assertion that Adolf Hitler's son was raised in Portugal. This theory is also difficult to dismiss, given that the wife of Frederick II, Landgrave of Hesse-Kassel (1720 - 1785 CE), whom the Rothschilds served, was the daughter of King George II of Britain. Since the Rothschilds had ties to the British Royal Family as far back as George II's reign, and Queen Victoria was a direct descendant of George II, it suggests the possibility of a deep involvement of the Rothschild family in some form.
Furthermore, descendants of Frederick II also became the monarchs of Denmark, Sweden, and Norway, indicating that the Rothschilds may have had deep ties with these royal houses as well.

The Exposition Universelle of 1889 took place in Paris, opening in May 1889 CE. The main symbol of the Fair was the Eiffel Tower, designed and created by Gustave Eiffel. It is claimed that Gustave Eiffel (1832 - 1923 CE) held a secret meeting, reportedly called "PLUS ULTRA (further beyond)," with Nikola Tesla (1856 - 1943 CE), Thomas Edison (1847 - 1931 CE), and Jules Verne (1828 - 1905 CE) at the top of the Eiffel Tower during the Exposition on September 9, 1889 CE.
Nikola Tesla was a Serbian inventor. Born in 1856 in the Austrian Empire (in what is now Croatia), Tesla began experiencing flashes and visions after his older brother died when Nikola was five years old. Tesla purportedly suffered frequently from seeing flashes and visions associated with new ideas and inventions. For example, his unusual autobiography, Chapter 1, "My Early Life," describes this affliction:
"There was another and still more important reason for my late awakening. In my boyhood I suffered from a peculiar affliction due to the appearance of images, often accompanied by strong flashes of light, which marred the sight of real objects and interfered with my thought and action. They were pictures of things and scenes which I had really seen, never of those I imagined. When a word was spoken to me the image of the object it designated would present itself vividly to my vision and sometimes I was quite unable to distinguish whether what I saw was tangible or not. This caused me great discomfort and anxiety."
According to his autobiography, the visions were so detailed that the process of making those detailed visions real became the basis of his inventions.
Tesla started working for the Continental Edison Company in France in 1882 CE. He subsequently moved to New York to work for Edison Machine Works in 1884 CE. However, Tesla and Edison soon ran into a dispute over payment, leading Tesla to resign in 1885 CE.
Despite this context, it is claimed that they founded the secret society Plus Ultra (aiming for a Utopia through the genius' talents and righteous ambitions) during the Exposition, with Eiffel acting as the mediator.

The Middle East had been ruled by Islamic forces since the Crusades.
After 1453 CE, the Ottoman Empire, led by the Turkic Muslim Ottoman family, ruled over the Muslim Arabs. The Turkic people are thought to have originated in Central Asia, migrating partly to West Asia and becoming a major Islamic power.

In 1897 CE, the First Zionist Congress was held in Basel, Switzerland, at the request of Theodor Herzl, one of the leaders of the Zionist movement. This conference, consisting of people claiming to be representatives of the Jewish people, established the World Zionist Organization. This marked the beginning of a movement aimed at creating a Jewish settlement in Canaan (Palestine), which was under the control of the Ottoman Empire at the time.
